-2lb !
One is quite enjoying life at the moment!
I lost 2lb this week, I am made up! & this week I am going to increase my daily exercise so I am hoping that combining that with healthy eating will make a brilliant result next week also (I shan’t hope for a better result than -2lb, that’s just greedy!) hehe :oP
I got my ‘Your Week’ leaflet thing at my meeting today and it’s a really good one this week. Thought I’d share some of it with you….
